Nutron Manufacturing has an in-house engineering and design department that is fully equipped and prepared to handle any project, large or small.  We offer custom engineering and design services that take you from a mere concept, to prototype development to the assembly line.

Nutron Design Department

Design is the first step in the entire engineering process.  We can begin with your concept for a lighting system or offer you one of our own.  Our engineers work with your needs and demands to create a product design that meets all of your criteria.  The end goal for us is to design a viable product for you meeting all cost targets.

Nutron Engineering Department

Once a design is agreed upon, we move into the engineering phase.  Nutron engineers focus on the feasibility of creating how this component will perform and manufacture the part using cutting edge technology and cost-efficient materials.

After engineering is complete, we set to work creating a prototype, so you have a sample of what your end product will look like and how it will function.

At Nutron, we like to think of our engineering services as “value engineering.”  If you have an existing lighting system or fixture, Nutron’s engineers can take that product and make it more efficient—make a change and save money.
