From stamping, piercing, and blanking to our complete sheet metal capabilities, Nutron's fabrication department can handle virtually any task.

We have a full machine shop with complete tool and die making capabilities available to build, fixtures, molds and other necessary components for your lighting needs.

Fabrication Capabilities

In house sharpening and grinding keeps all of our tooling equipment in excellent condition. In our sheet metal area, shearing, braking and spot welding on our three phase, 50 KVa solid state controlled welder allows tremendous flexibility in producing parts.

Additionally, our 20-station, CNC controlled turret press keeps tooling costs down while our engineering group programs all parts for maximum yield and minimum waste.  Just another way Nutron is looking out for your interests.
