Assembly Capabilities

The assembly services department at Nutron is the final step in the manufacturing process.  Once your parts have been designed, engineered, constructed and inspected, they are assembled. 

Whether producing long or short runs, we strive to exceed our customers' expectations on every job we complete.

Nutron Assembly Lines

Nutron features multiple final assembly lines so that many different products can be handled at the same time. Our sub-assembly lines allow us to add everything from product labels to ground wires so a product will be semi-complete before it goes to final assembly.

Because of our multiple levels of assembly, Nutron ensures the quality of your parts that leave our plant and we significantly reduce lead times through this sequence.

Staying Ahead of the Market

At Nutron, we value innovation and technological advances in our industry.  It’s important to us to keep up to date with any changes or advances that we can use to help improve our customers’ experience with us.

To remain current with any engineering changes and ensure that we are building to the latest customer revisions, our assembly department utilizes computer monitors that are tied in to our engineering department. These files are maintained both from an exploded bill of material standpoint as well as using a digital photograph of the product. Special assembly techniques and precise wire routing operations can be duplicated with consistency, simply by viewing these images on the monitor.

Nutron Shipping Requirements

Every fixture produced by Nutron is completely tested before it leaves the factory. If it doesn't work, it doesn't ship. All of the products we make are packaged in accordance with standard shipping industry "drop test" requirements and are then palletized for shipment. We remain transparent to your customer and pride ourselves on being an extension of your company.
